Comments: During the above period Iridium will be completing essential maintenance/updates to their provisioning system. During this period we will be unable to process any provisioning requests, including activations, deactivations, suspensions, and prepaid top-ups.
Any prepaid top-up requests must be received before 12:00 BST on Wednesday 26th October 2016 in order to ensure that we can process them before the maintenance window.
This maintenance will not affect any active devices or transmissions. Should you experience any problems or issues after these works have been completed please do not hesitate to contact our support team, firstname.lastname@example.org.
